The IOA was established to help kids from a young age till college. The IOA Foundation encourages skilled young people who are ambitious; helps them understand what it’s like to be empowered at all times. It believes that its success is from understanding the importance of generosity and doesn’t rely on the amount of money they are capable of giving. Their focus is on ways to find out those who will benefit from their support. There is always more to it than financial aid.
The IOA Foundation has engaged in several initiatives. The Corporate 5k event is the most recognizable effort as it has helped in uniting the community. The event creates awareness of the several causes in Central Florida. Track Shack staged the event at first, with the IOA signing as an affiliate in 1995.

John noted that he is content when he gives back to the community.
